I had a decent stay at Aspira Hotel Playa Del Carmen. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the lively Quinta Avenida. However, the room left a lot to be desired, with outdated fixtures and inconsistent maintenance. Friendly staff made a difference, especially Sergio at the front desk, but there were a few issues with cleanliness that couldn't be overlooked.
